Frequently asked questions

How do I know which service I need?
If you’re upgrading existing windows, that’s replacement. If you have non-impact doors to upgrade, that’s door installation. New construction projects can use either window or door installation as the starting point. Commercial properties always start with commercial. When in doubt, request an estimate and we’ll point you to the right service during the consultation.
How long do projects take?
Single windows or doors: usually one day. Whole-home residential replacement: 2–4 days. Commercial projects: phased, with each phase scheduled around the building’s operations. Permit lead time adds 4–8 weeks before any work begins.
What does it cost?
Residential impact windows range $15,000–$45,000 for whole-home replacement. Single doors run $2,500–$15,000 depending on type and configuration. Commercial projects are priced after a site survey. See our cost guides for details.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — we partner with Wells Fargo Home Projects Credit Card for residential financing. Commercial projects use progress-payment structures. See financing options.
Will impact windows lower my insurance?
Most Florida insurers offer wind mitigation credits of 10–45% on the wind portion of your premium when ALL exterior openings are impact-rated. We provide the OIR-1802 form your insurance company needs to apply the discount.
