Boca Raton, FL – Impact Front Door

The Hurricane-Resistant Windows Installation project for Sunny Shores Condominium Association in Miami Beach, Florida, involved a complete upgrade of all exterior windows and doors across the complex’s 120 residential units. The scope of work included the removal of old, non-impact windows and doors, installation of top-tier impact-resistant products, and all necessary structural reinforcements. The project utilized Impact Shield Windows for superior protection against storms and hurricanes, Hurricane Guardian Doors for enhanced security and weather resistance, and StormSafe Sliders for patio access, combining durability with modern aesthetics. All installations were conducted with minimal disruption to the residents, ensuring safety and adherence to local building codes. In addition to the window and door installations, the project included comprehensive finishing work, such as new wood bucking, drywall repairs, stucco touch-ups, and preparation for painting by the client. The result is a fortified structure with improved energy efficiency, reduced noise levels, and significantly increased protection against severe weather events.
